Driving Economic Empowerment for Women of Color Through Grant Writing and Consulting
In addition to her role as a Program Manager at a federal agency, Sharron Tendai is the founder of Get Her to the B.A.G. and Her Big Bag Consulting, where she empowers women of color entrepreneurs to secure the funding necessary to realize their business dreams. With over 20 years of experience combined as a grant writer, reviewer and consultant, Sharron is deeply committed to advancing the economic success of Black women, offering expertise in both grant writing and securing funding for nonprofit and for-profit entities.
She has also shared her knowledge by teaching grant writing and conducting workshops, including her ‘BAG The Grant’ workshop presented at local, national and global conferences.
