As part of our mission to drive change and foster belonging, we’re thrilled to introduce “21 Questions,” a special feature designed to amplify voices that inspire reflection, spark dialogue, and illuminate pathways toward equity.

Carefully curated to inspire reflection and ignite meaningful conversations, these questions span a wide range of topics—from personal journeys and workplace culture to diversity, innovation, and even a touch of fun. For this project, we invited 21 accomplished tech professionals—each with unique journeys and perspectives—to select questions from a list of 71 thought-provoking prompts. The result is an intimate collection of stories and insights that not only reflect individual growth but also highlight broader themes about what it means to thrive in tech as a person of color.
